1. Go to the online help desk (see the link below.)
2. Log in using your username and password.
3. Explain your problem using as much detail as possible. Please include location of problem, including school/office name, room number (if applicable), and best time to reach you.
4. REQUESTS FOR NEW EQUIPMENT CAN BE SUBMITTED HERE, BUT THESE REQUESTS SHOULD COME ONLY FROM THE BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR!!
