How to request assistance-

For GCPS Faculty and Staff:

1. Check all connections.  Cables can come loose over time.  Be sure all cables are properly connected.

2. Restart you machine.  Your machine may just need an update that happens automatically over our network.  Restarting while connected to the GCPS network (using the district wi-fi)  will install any updates that may have been pushed out.

3. Check with your building Technology Coach.  They are very knowledgeable and they are in your building which means they can usually get to your problem quickly.

4. Go to the online help desk and create a Help Ticket (link below).  Log in using your GCPS username and password.  Explain your problem using as much detail as possible. Please include location of problem, including school/office name, room number (if applicable), and best time to reach you.   Note:  You must be on the GCPS network to access the ticket system.
